Here are some blogs and newsletters that I enjoy
Techmeme
A daily newsletter curating tech-related news, with some relevant tweets listed under the most important ones.
The layout is minimal and effective. There are no long meaningless essays with extremely low signal-to-noise ratio or cringy gifs like what you see in the Morning Brew series, but only the headlines. Just click on the headlines for in-depth external articles if you’re interested.
Very efficient way to catch up with the world. If you only want to subscribe to one newsletter, then this is it.
Does it mean it’s boring? Not at all. I would even say that it’s much more fun to read than the Morning Brew, as headlines are interesting themselves, and you don’t have to waste time trying to find out what this wall of text is talking about.
Gwern
The personal wiki of Gwern Branwen, a crazy guy that writes tons of long in-depth articles about everything, mostly statistics related.
Each of his blog post is very well-researched and has a solid structure, like an academic paper. They are even frequently cited.
Nesslabs
A blog / newsletter created by Anne-Laure Le Cunff, mainly about psychology and productivity. There are some good articles in it. She also has a cool tiddlywiki called [Mental Nodes](Anne-Laure Le Cunff).
Brian Lovin
Brian Lovin’s blog. A pretty cool website.
